We will help track progress, provide motivation and give guidance about exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle choices. The Personal Trainer will work with you to develop a workout plan. Sessions include 30- 45- or 60-minute sessions for 1 person or groups up to 6 people and may be 1, 3, 5, 8 or 10 sessions. Purchase any multi-session package and receive 20% off your total purchase.
