Youth Judo

Learn Discipline. Build Confidence.

Students are introduced to Kodokan Judo, one of the world’s most widely practiced self-defense methods. Participants develop coordination, respect, confidence, and practical self-defense skills while also learning strategies for dealing with bullying. Instruction is led by a certified USA Judo Association instructor.

Classes: Tuesdays at 6:30 PM

Fall Season: September 8 – December 8
Winter Season: January 5 – April 6

Registration Fee: $45 YMCA Members | $90 Program Members

What to Wear: Judo or Karate Gi uniform, or loose-fitting sweatpants and a long-sleeve sweatshirt.


Adult Judo

Strength Through Skill.

Whether you’re new to martial arts or returning to the mat, Adult Judo offers a challenging and rewarding way to improve fitness, learn self-defense, and build confidence. Participants train in Kodokan Judo under a certified USA Judo Association instructor in a supportive environment focused on skill development and personal growth.
