How about a fitness-style marathon you complete at your own pace over 28 days, February 1 thru February 28?
CHOOSE UP TO 2 OPTIONS:
Swim • 2.6 miles (32 laps = 1 mile) OR 10 miles (320 laps)
Run or Walk • 26.2 miles
Elliptical or NuStep • 26.2 miles (1,584 strides = 1 mile)
Cycle • 131.1 miles OR 262.2 miles
Fitness Classes • 28 classes in 28 days
Ironman • 112 miles bike & 26.2 miles run & 2.4 miles swim
Proof including name and total miles must be emailed to [email protected] no later than Tuesday, February 28. Log your miles using an app or the tracking form provided. If you use an app, please take a photo of your total mileage.
