Weight Loss Program


Kick off 2018 with a new drive to get fit, be healthier, and lose some weight. Our weight loss program is designed to give you the tools for making healthier choices that will lead to changes on the scale.
• Weekly weigh-ins
• Suggested meal plan calendar
• Diet and exercise log
• Weekly diet and exercise challenges
• Group Email communication and support
• One-on-one communication with the Healthy Living Coordinator for accountability and support
• T-shirt on completion of the program
• 6-week temporary membership included if you are not a Y member
