Weight Loss Program
October 2 - November 6, 2017
This FALL we want to help members lose weight and prepare for the holiday season. Included is one-on-one coaching with the YMCA’s Healthy Living Coordinator to tailor a program specific to each member and helping to aid in their success.

  • Weekly weigh-ins
  • Suggested meal plan calendar
  • Diet and exercise log
  • Weekly diet and exercise challenges
  • Group Email communication and support
  • One-on-one communication with the Healthy Living Coordinator for accountability and support
  • Free registration into Holiday Challenge (maintain through holidays)
  • T-shirt on completion of the program
  • 6-week temporary membership included if you are not a Y member
